How Do I Order?

There are two simple ways to order cannabis delivery from Purple Lotus dispensary. Keep in mind you can only order delivery within the San Jose or Tri-Valley areas!

2. You can either include your delivery address and order in the text when you send it, or you can call (628) 265-6887 to speak with one of our Budtenders who will put the order together for you and ask for your address.
3. Sit back and relax! In just 1-3 hours we’ll deliver high-quality marijuana products straight from our dispensary to your door.

To start an online marijuana delivery order:

You’ll need to sign up as a member of the Purple Lotus website if it is your first time!

1. Login to the Purple Lotus website.
2. Browse our menu and add whatever products you desire to your shopping cart. Make sure to browse our San Jose delivery deals before checking out! We’ll then ask you to submit and confirm your order.
3. We’ll send you a confirmation text message to make sure everything looks right one last time.
4. You may get a call or text from your delivery driver to confirm your delivery details.
5. In 1-3 hours we’ll deliver your fresh, quality cannabis products right to your doorstep.

Are there any Minimums or Fees?

There’s a $50 minimum, and a flat $6.99 service fee.

You can avoid the service fee by spending a minimum on your order of $100 pretax in the South Bay and $150 pretax in all other regions!

What Are Your Delivery Hours?

We accept orders from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you’re looking for same-day delivery, though, you’ll give to get your order in by 6:00 pm.

Where Exactly Do You Deliver?

Purple Lotus currently delivers to the following areas: San Jose, Cupertino, Campbell, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Fremont, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Atherton.

If you’re not sure whether your address is included, you can enter your zip code when you check out to verify your dispensary delivery eligibility.

We can only deliver to private addresses. This means we can’t deliver to public land, government buildings, or grade schools.

If We Want to Come to You?

We have a storefront at 752 Commercial St. San Jose, CA 95112 that you are welcome to stop by! We’re open 9:00 am-9:00 pm, and we stock most of our online products. You’ll need a valid photo ID to enter.

What If My Cartridge Leaks?

We generally don’t accept returns and all sales are final, but we understand that sometimes product gets damaged along its journey to you. If you’ve tried to fix it but realize it’s busted, just contact us, and we’ll see what we can do to rectify the situation.

Do I Need to Be Present for the Delivery?

You sure do! You’ll be responsible for signing for your package and presenting a valid photo ID at the time of delivery.

If you prepay through the Treez Pay app, all you’ll have to do is show your ID and sign. No exchange of cash and no awkward waiting as the driver counts out your change.

Can I Use a Credit Card?

We only accept cash and Treez Pay powered by Stronghold for payment.
