Delivery or the drive into San Jose?
Santa Clara residents have a real choice here, so it is worth laying out honestly.
Driving to San Jose takes roughly 10 to 20 minutes from most of Santa Clara depending on where you start and what the 101 is doing. Add parking, add time in store, add the drive back. Call it 45 minutes to an hour of your own time for a round trip, more at rush hour.
Delivery takes a similar amount of clock time but none of your attention. You keep doing whatever you were doing.
