Introducing our new initiative, Lotus Leaders!

Here at Purple Lotus we love to celebrate our wonderful hard working individuals who represent the Lotus family! So to kick off our new Lotus Leaders initiative we welcome our first Lotus Leader for December, Ernie!

I have been working for the Purple Lotus since June of 2020. In that time I have come to appreciate the open and inclusive culture that the Lotus seeks to promote. After over thirty years of management experience the ability to contact Senior Management at a moment’s notice is a quality that I have not experienced anywhere else. The diversity of our staff is amazing, and I truly feel welcome in this environment working alongside such amazing people.
