What are your delivery hours?

We deliver between 9am – 9pm Monday – Sunday. 

Orders can be placed via text, call, or online until 6pm for same day delivery.

Is there a minimum delivery order amount?

Yes, the current minimum order amount is $50 before tax. 

What do I need to sign up for delivery?

To be eligible for delivery you must already be a Purple Lotus member. If you are not currently a member, please give us a call or send us a text at 1-628-265-6887 to get your member profile setup. Must be 21 years of age or older with valid photo identification.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to select areas of San Jose, Cupertino, Campbell, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Fremont, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Atherton. You can enter your zip code at checkout at “plpcsanjose/delivery” to verify eligibility.

Where can I have my order delivered?

You may receive your package at your residence, workplace, hotel, or any other location that is on private property. We cannot deliver to publicly owned land, government buildings or schools that provide instruction in Kindergarten, grades 1-12 or preschools.

Do you have a storefront?

We do have a storefront, 752 Commercial St. San Jose, CA 95112.

Can I return a product?

Generally we do not accept returns on products, however we are willing to work with our customers who are experiencing manufacturer error (ie: leaky cartridge). All defective products must be processed in-store for returns/exchanges. 

Is there a fee for delivery?

Yes, there is a service fee is $6.99. This charge helps support our platform and covers a broad range of operating costs including compliance, safety, and technology.

What is the required age to purchase cannabis products from Purple Lotus?

Adults age 21 or over may purchase cannabis with a valid scannable government-issued photo ID. We do not accept paper ID’s or anything unscannable.

Am I required to sign for my delivery?

Yes. You must be present at the time of delivery at the address you provided to receive your order. You will be required to provide a valid scannable government-issued photo ID and sign for your package. We cannot deliver your package to anyone who is not listed on the receipt.

Do you accept credit-cards?
