Your delivery address places you on one of our delivery routes, and each route has its own last call (the latest time today you can place an order for delivery) and lead time (how far ahead of a delivery window you need to order to get that window). For example, with a 45-minute lead time, order by 2:15 PM to book a window starting at 3 PM. Delivery windows are one to two hours long depending on your route. We are not able to deliver to public parks or other public locations. Deliveries must go to a private residence or place of lodging.
