Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to enhance the customer experience by determining customers needs and providing information on products that fit their needs. 
  • Maintain knowledge of all products, sales, demos, and specials. 
  • Record all aspects of the guest order accurately through the point of sale system
  • Heavy cash handling requirements
  • Perform all opening and closing shift duties

Job Description

The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the top-of-the-line customer experience that Purple Lotus customers have come to expect while delivering products to our thousands of daily patients. This position is accountable for executing initiatives that achieve all hospitality goals at Purple Lotus.

Job Description

The Floor manager plays a key role in supporting the overall goals of the company by supervising team members and daily tasks of the retail sales floor. The Floor manager is focused on ensuring the team provides a high level of customer service while following company procedures and adhering to all compliance measures. Job Description

Seeking Production Artist for medium sized retailer to assemble weekly digital and print assets, conforming to pre established templates/designs for web, email, social media, in store signage, and screen graphics. This is not a design position. The ideal candidate should have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Workflow includes but not limited to, creating detailed clipping masks, image editing/compositing, color adjustment, image sourcing, and typesetting. Extensive knowledge or experience with email marketing is a plus but not required. Capable of maintaining visual continuity among all assets.
