What To Expect On Your First Visit
We at the Purple Lotus want to ensure you that your first visit with us will be one to remember!
The PLPC thought we would put together a few suggestions and tips for our first-time patients, in order to make your visit with us as easy as possible.
1. Our menus are updated every day!
Our staff does the best at making sure that all of our menus (flowers, concentrates, edibles, etc.) are all are posted daily on WeedMaps and our website. We also make sure to give all of our loyal social media followers first exposure to all of our daily specials, new product offerings, and contests. We encourage our patients to stay connected! Education is power and knowing what medicine might cater to your specific need ahead of time, and how you enjoy your medicine (natural flower, concentrates, tinctures, etc.) are always helpful in suggesting the best fit for your needs.
2. Bring your Dr. recommendation & valid government or state-issued identification.
Our patients are our #1 priority. We make sure to continue to stay committed to our promise to help all our patients with providing them top medication selections at the most affordable prices. Comfort and quality while visiting us, is a key factor to our success and growing patient community. Please make sure to bring your RECOMMENDATIONS + VALID ID EVERY TIME. It will help expedite your visit at the PLPC if you have your documents ready upon entering.
3. Experience vs. Convenience
We know that everyone’s lifestyle is different here in the Bay Area. We serve the most diverse patient types here in our San Jose location. You most often will see a wide mix of professionals within our doors, and we couldn’t be more grateful for that. It is apparent that we are uniting the community with our ability to serve our alternative medicinal solutions for your everyday needs.
4. Wanting to take your time? See what’s new? Look at a certain strain?
Then make sure you let the budtender know that you have a few questions and that you plan on taking your time. We want to be as intuitive as possible in understanding what experience you are looking for, but also need to balance the needs of all patients too. Knowing what type of experience you are looking for makes us more useful in your experience, and what we are able to offer. Each one of our volunteers is highly trained in a variety of our offerings, but most have their own passion in what they can educate you on for your specific needs and questions. Let our resources and knowledge help!
5. IN A RUSH??
Then you might want to take advantage of our Phone and Online Orders, and using our APP in the Apple and Google Play stores! We encourage these types of services after your first visit, but it is something to keep in mind while you are visiting. With life on the go, we have made it convenient for our patients to be able to call in their orders, that way they are ready for pick-up upon arrival. As soon as you are checked-in, we make sure to push you through to our Express Line to pick-up and complete your order. It’s easy!
That’s pretty much it…
We want to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible!
